LS1203 HMS is a multifunctional free-standing bench that will be great for home training. Adjustable backrest in eight steps, leg lock and additional expanders allow the user to perform many new and advanced exercises, which translates into more effective training than before. It is worth adding that the bench is very easy to assemble, so it can be easily folded after the training. Hand expanders In the set of LS1203 HMS benches we will find additional hand expanders that we attach on the front foot of the bench. Expanders can be used during warm-up or during proper training by setting the backrest at the right angle. Quality of workmanship The seat and backrest were made in a very accurate way. Hard board, covered with thick foam guarantee stabilization during exercises. The finish is carbon upholstery with embroidered HMS logo, which is sweat-resistant and prevents slipping.
