Joining procedure:
1. Twist the flange between 2 sections of the MK-1.5 mast (between the 4th and 5th lattice element)
2. Through the mounting hole in the flange, put the pin towards the mast
3. Attach the shackle rope with a shackled end (where the case is fixed)
4. The free end of the rope (the one without the case) is put through the case put on the turnbuckle
5. Free end of the turnbuckle through the eye to the foundation (fastening element dependent on anchoring - on the client's side)
6. Choose the clearance on the rope, put on 3 rope clamps and tightenIt should be remembered that the first clamp "loosely" pull as close as possible to the casings - so that the rope adheres nicely around the perimeter and only tighten. Not selecting the slack may result in the rope slipping off the casings and incorrect operation of the connection or in the long run the rope abrasionWe move the clamps away from each other by about 30cm, and the remaining supply of the rope is cut or buchtuje - because it can be useful when changing or moving the mast anchoring points
7. The procedure ends by selecting the remaining clearance with a turnbuckle for light tension of the rope (about 100kg of maximum force) Significant exceeding of the rope tension may lead to deformation of the mast foot (steel triangle), or break the threads on the steel hooks / anchors in the foundation
The set has been designed taking into account the correction for long-term corrosion of the rope - the breaking force for the new set is 800kg per one rope
