Ceramic deburser, type I CR 1100, with a firmly mounted ceramic blade
Design: The ceramic deburr is an ideal tool for materials that cause problems when removing burrs, such as plastics or light metals. This results in the following advantages:
1. Ultra-hard ceramic blade deburs plastics and other soft materials without problems.
2. With wear-resistant and stable blade, the tool has a high durability.
3. Thanks to the barrel-shaped blade (r= 250 mm) it is possible to avoid damage to the object during operation.
4. With a 90° approach angle, it does not damage the workpiece.
Application: for accurate, spot removal of material from objects made of plastics and light metals. The blade is set at an angle of 60°–80° at the deburring point. It cuts in continuous motion along the workpiece.
