Partly cemented carbide: The HSC support element equipped with carbide blades can therefore be used for difficult-to-machine materials such as glass fibre reinforced plastics, asbestos cement, hard wood and aerated concrete.
Application: for soft ceramic tiles, GFRP, for cast iron, for rough cutting.
Directions for use:
Blades are exposed to strong mechanical and thermal loads. Therefore, it is recommended to use suitable coolants, such as machining oil (for steel and metals) or water (in the case of aluminium, INOX, thin sheets) to extend the life of the saw blade.
