Saw blade characteristics:
Bimetal: a very flexible, almost inseparable combination of HCS and HSS. The scope of application includes wood, metals, non-ferrous metals and aluminium.
Dentition:
Wavy teeth. Saw blade for precise impact for straight cuts in mild steel, aluminium, non-ferrous metals and non-ferrous metals.
Pitch of the teeth:
Small tooth pitch for precise, fine cuts with slower progressive movement, in hard and thin materials such as metals and non-ferrous metals.
Application: for medium-thick sheets and perforated sheets (2.5 mm – 6 mm).
Directions for use:
Blades are exposed to strong mechanical and thermal loads. Therefore, it is recommended to use suitable coolants, such as machining oil (for steel and metals) or turpentine (for aluminium), to extend the life of the blade.
