USABLE FEATURES:
Electrode for regeneration and cold welding of cast iron and cast iron.
Designed for welding on DC+ polarization, which results in a very calm and even melting of the electrode, a smooth face with easily removable slag and soft and automatic penetration of the regenerated element.
The electrode does not overheat.
Very resistant to sea water.
Weld soft, very susceptible to hammering.
The electrode does not contain harmful barium compounds, which makes it friendly to the welder.
Before regeneration, it is recommended to clean the element by completely cleaning and degreasing the welded surfaces.
Recommendations:
Interstitial temperature not more than 100°C.
Keep the welding current as low as possible.
Cool as quickly as possible, in the air.

Cast iron working in aggressive environments, e.g. brine, sea water, etc.
