Investigation: Allies
Fear is returning to the streets of Hong Kong. Rumours are circulating that a recent series of murders may have been committed by one of the investigators. The police are bringing in help, but the murderer is also recruiting new helpers.
The addition of Allies introduces three new roles to the Investigation game to assist both teams, plus almost 150 clue and crime method cards that increase the possible options and event scenarios. Additional badge tokens and 9 Clue Tiles (including 1 Event Tile) can also be found in the box.
New characters
With the new characters and badge tokens, you can take on an investigation with up to 14 players. The addition introduces the roles of the Analyst, the Bodyguard and the Mole.
The Analyst is an optional character recommended for games with at least 7 players. During the Allies phase, the Analyst can ask the Investigative Technician if one card, indicated by the Analyst, is part of the solution to the case
The Bodyguard is an optional character designed exclusively for a game that also involves the Witness. The Bodyguard knows the identity of the Witness from the beginning of the investigation and is thus able to make it more difficult for the Murderer and the Co-Witness to identify him.
The Mole is an optional character recommended for games with at least 8 players. During the Allies phase, the Mole chooses a person who loses his badge token thus depriving him of the opportunity to give a solution. The Mole can choose himself! The Mole wins the game together with the Murderer.
Attention! Investigation: Allies is not a standalone game. It is necessary to have the base Investigation game.
