Royal Catering induction kitchen will work in broadly understood gastronomy. It allows you to save up to 50% cooking time, it is more efficient than standard electric and gas cookers. A conductive coil under the cooking surface creates an alternating magnetic field. It heats pots and pans, and the cooking surface itself remains cool. The temperature is set to 260C using handy knobs on the front of the cooker.
