The Borotto egg incubator is suitable for hatching eggs of chickens, pheasants, guinea fowls, quails, partridges, ducks, geese, peacocks, pigeons and various exotic and predatory birds. The automatic system of turning eggs works throughout the incubation process. They are rotated from right to left or vice versa in 1-hour cycles. Two windows allow you to conveniently check the course of hatching without having to open the device. The tray will hold vertically any type of eggs from goose to quail. In the interior, you can incubate 24 chicken or 96 quail eggs at once. Water replenishment is possible due to external infusions. A static irrigation system was also used. It is based on the use of special grooves at the bottom of the device, which ensure an optimal level of hydration. It is 45-55% with water on one tray, and 60-65% on two.
Ideal conditions for hatching were achieved, m.in, thanks to internal ventilation, which sucks in air from the bottom and moves it on the sides, creating a barrier of warm air. In addition, the aerodynamic design of the chamber guarantees optimum temperature and humidity. The thermostat with PID module maintains a constant microclimate (30-40C) with an accuracy of 0.1C regardless of the ambient temperature. The incubator is equipped with a digital LED display. The sound pressure level emitted by the equipment shall be below 70 dB(A).
