HYDRAULIC CUTTER FOR HOLES IN SHEET METAL

Set for cutting round holes in sheets in the diameter range from 22-60 mm. The cutting head is connected by a hose to the pump of the hydraulic cylinder. The set is designed for cutting holes in the production of distribution cabinets for the installation of cans or switches. When cutting holes, the surface of the sheet metal is not deformed and damaged. The kit is easy to transport and store - packed in a durable suitcase. Includes dies and punches to cut holes in diameters of 22mm/0.9", 27.5mm/1.1", 34mm/1.3", 43mm/1.7", 49mm/2.0", 60mm/2.4. The pressure on the material during cutting is about 6 tons. Suitable for cutting holes in steel sheets, stainless steel sheets and non-ferrous metals. The thickness of the cut material depending on its type up to about 4 mm. The set includes 6 pairs of dies fi 22, 27.5, 34, 43, 49, 60 mm, 2 pins for mounting 7/16x3/4 inch and 3/4x3/4 inch, manual cylinder with hose, 1 sealing set.
