HYDRAULIC CUTTER FOR HOLES IN SHEET METAL

A set for cutting round holes in sheets in the diameter range from 22-60 mm. The head of the manual hydraulic cylinder can be rotated 360 degrees. It is designed for cutting holes in the production of distribution cabinets for mounting cans or switches. When cutting holes, the surface of the sheet metal is not deformed and damaged. The set is easy to transport - packed in a durable suitcase. Includes dies and punches for cutting holes in diameters of 22 mm/0.9", 27.5 mm/1.1", 34 mm/1.3", 43 mm/1.7", 49 mm/2.0", 60 mm/2.4". The pressure on the material during cutting is approx. 6 tons. Suitable for cutting holes in steel sheets, stainless steel sheets and non-ferrous metals. The thickness of the cut material, depending on its type, up to about 3 mm. Includes 6 pairs of dies /punch and die/ fi 22, 27.5, 34, 43, 49, 60 mm, 2 pins for mounting 7/16x3/4 inch and 3/4x3/4 inch, manual actuator and 1 sealing kit

Purpose / Application:
For fast cutting in sheet metal, large, precise holes with diameters from 22-60 mm

Directions for use:
According to the included instruction manual.
Through the drilled material, translate the appropriate clamping pin connected to the actuator, mount on it on one side of the material a stamp on the other a die. Using the actuator, pull off the stem causing the material to be cut.
