High performance clamp
Design: movable arm made of heat-treated forged steel for maximum safety under heavy loads. Tool-free release of the final safety device, for quick conversion of the sliding arm to the expansion function or to be replaced with another sliding arm variant as part of a modular system. Upgradeable spindle with high wear resistance. Heat-resistant, special pressure plate, rotated 35°. With a span of 3000 mm, additionally with a hardened and oil-soaked steel sintered insert for an extremely long service life thanks to excellent sliding and emergency properties.
Application: for fastening and expansion with high clamping forces and large clamping spans in the field of metal and wood processing. Clamping force up to 6.5 kN for a span of 2000 mm and up to 9 kN with a span of 3000 mm.
