Leeb HMM hardness tester
Design: the shock head is accelerated by a spring and hits the test workpiece. The system measures the deceleration and converts it to Leeb hardness. Testing in all test directions (360°) thanks to automatic compensation function. The Mini statistics function displays the measured value, the average value, the difference between the maximum and minimum values, the date and time. Indication of measured value: Rockwell (B&C), Vickers (HV), Brinell (HB), Shore (HSD), Leeb (HL), tensile strength (MPa). Automatic conversion of units, the measurement result is automatically converted to all given units of hardness.
Features:
Precision: 1 % for 800 HLD (± 6 HLD)
Minimum sample thickness: 8 mm
The smallest radius of curvature of the tested part (convex/concave): 50 mm
Scope of delivery: reflection sensor (type D), infrared printer, hardness comparison block, network adapter and 3 AAA/LR03 batteries, in a plastic case.
