Execution: electroplated, especially useful for rapid abrasion. Grit D 126 – medium, according to FEPA standard.
Application: for grinding tools and production grinding of hard materials, such as hard alloys, ceramics – sintered and ready, glass and conditionally also non-ferrous metals.
Tip: In order to avoid thermal damage to the edges of the workpiece and to extend the life of the tool, it is recommended to use cooling lubricants. Recommended circumferential speed, dry grind: 8–18 m/s, wet grinding: 15–25 m/s.
