The CARBON PRO series cookware from BERLINGER HAUS is made of high-quality cast aluminium covered inside with a triple granite coating (marble) with a very high hardness coefficient. Outer shell in graphite metallic color. These attractive and fashionable dishes are equipped with SOFT TOUCH handles (silicone handle) as standard. Suitable for all types of cookers: gas, electric, ceramic, halogen, induction. The TURBO INDUCTION system (they heat up very quickly) saves up to 35% energy.

Granite coating is a Teflon coating enriched with granite fine, thanks to which it obtains greater hardness. It is harder than Teflon, but at the same time retains its advantages: it does not burn, it distributes heat well. It combines the advantages of cast iron and Teflon dishes. It has all the advantages of Teflon, but it is more resistant to damage, surpassed even ceramic coatings.

Granite coating makes the dishes extremely resistant to any scratches and durable. This type of pots and pans also allows frying with a minimum amount of fat, because the dish heats up like a stone and gives off heat with its entire surface.

The composition of the aluminum body and ferromagnetic bottom allows use on the induction kitchen and on all other types of kitchen and use the best acuthermal properties of cast and forged aluminum on all cookers and hobs.
