Game of the 7 Wonders of the World Duel - Agora (new edition 2020)
The Agora expansion introduces senators who seek to increase their influence. With their participation, you will try to take control of the course of the meetings in order to benefit from the issued decrees. You will also be able to ask for help from conspirators who, by their schemes, can completely change the balance of power.
The expansion also introduces a new victory condition: political domination.
If you like, you can combine this expansion not only with the base game, but also with the Pantheon! Then your games will be even more extensive.
What does the add-on bring?
- The field of play is extended to include the Senate's board divided into 6 meeting rooms. With the help of new senator cards (which we add to the epoch cards), we will gain influence in specific rooms, which will provide us with profits during the game and at the end.
- A new end-of-game condition with this: If one player controls all 6 senate halls, he immediately wins.
- Conspiracy cards representing the secret activities that we can prepare and activate in a game card.
- 2 new wonders, 2 new progress tokens, and military markers strictly related to this expansion.
What is the 7 Wonders of the World: Duel?
It is a two-player game with simple mechanics that offers participants many interesting choices, while having several paths to victory. It is the essence of two-player games in which we have to constantly control the opponent's actions to prevent his victory. It was created on the basis of the popular series of economic games.
