Cortex Disney game
Train your mind and try your hand at a game that will develop the various functions of your brain. Take on 8 different tests of reasoning, memory and speed. Get ready for tasks that require spatial thinking, memory, analysis, logic and even shape recognition by touch only!
Cortex Disney is a real treat for small and big fans of Disney cartoons who want to try their hand at solving puzzles. In each round, a card with a task appears on the table. Whoever solves it first must cover it with their hand and state the answer out loud. The challenges include mazes, mirror images and much, much more!
What does it involve?
- The youngest player turns over the top card from the stack, laying it down so that everyone can read its contents.
- When one player thinks they can solve the task, they immediately cover the card with their hand and shout out the answer!
- When he or she takes his or her hand away, you check to see if he or she was right and, if so, he or she receives that (covered) card in front of him or her. If the player collects 2 cards with the same reverse, he exchanges them for one of the 4 pieces of the puzzle.
- If he was wrong, you shuffle the card into the pile and start the next round. The player who has just been wrong cannot give the answer for the next turn!
Eight types of themed tasks!
- Reflection. Look closely to see which figure perfectly matches the reflection in the mirror.
- Lasso. Estimate or count which lasso covers the most figures.
- Memory. Cover the card and name the four characters on it.
- Labyrinth. Help a character find their way to a destination.
- Mismatching element. Look at the characters and identify which one doesn't match the others.
- Pair. Find a picture that repeats itself.
- Frequency. Estimate or count which picture occurs most often.
- Challenge. This is a special task! The player must close their eyes and, relying solely on their sense of touch, recognise the texture of one of the special cards.
