Beans
Plant, grow, sell - and hope to make a profit!
If you think pods are just vegetables, you are very wrong - in the Beans card game they are extremely valuable currency! During the game, each participant grows their own fields of beans, which they will want to sell as dearly as possible. Of course, as the plant grows, so does its price. Trade with the other players and beware of premature harvesting!
What is it all about?
When playing Beans, we have one goal: to collect as many coins as possible. To do this, we will plant, trade and collect bean cards to get the most valuable sets. Plants come in 8 types and each player has only 2 plots to use. What's more, in your turn you have to plant the first bean from those held in your hand, and you cannot change their order. The only thing that protects us from playing a random card is trading with other players, which is a key element of the whole game.
Why will you love this game?
- Beans is all about a solid dose of interaction between players. In your turn, you try to sell whatever you can to get the right colours of beans, yet the other players have their own objectives too.
- Competition in the game is limited to a race to see who can collect the most coins - we can't directly harm our opponents. Especially as trading is profitable for each side and everyone tries to get as much as possible out of the exchange.
- Although the selection of cards is completely random, the final results are in the hands of the players. How effectively we negotiate will translate into our result.
