Ankh: Gods of Egypt is an expansive strategy board game with a predominantly area controle theme. Its author is the legendary Eric M. Lang, creator of such titles as Marvel United, Bloodborne and Cthulhu: Death May Die. Ankh is the conclusion of Lang's ancient trilogy, which also includes Blood Rage and Rising Sun. This time we move to ancient Egypt, take on the role of one of the deities of the Egyptian pantheon and fight to remain the only God of Egypt. When the dust of battle settles, mankind will remember only one god. As so often in Lang's games, Ankh perfectly combines simple rules with a powerful tactical load, while offering extremely dynamic gameplay thanks to various scenarios, adjusted to a specific number of players. The entire game is almost a race to compete for more regions, loyal and powerful Guardians. Players whose gods are at the bottom of the pile will be able to join forces and fight together for victory, or suffer defeat together and fall into oblivion.
