The device meets HACCP standards, thanks to the use of infrared it can measure the temperature on the surface of food and using a platinum probe a few centimeters below it. Results are obtained in less than a second. You can use the app to compare the measured data. The device connects to a smartphone via Bluetooth. LED indicator indicates temperature and HACCP compliance. The measuring range via infrared is from -40 to 300C, the platinum probe detects temperatures from -40 to 250C. The accuracy of the measurements is +/-0.6C /+/-1.1F and the resolution is 0.1C/F. The LCD display allows you to conveniently read all parameters. Automatic power off saves energy. The power supply is charged using the power adapter.
