Execution: Die-cast aluminium, jaws forged from high-quality steel. For embedding one-sided closed rivets and rivet nuts with only one device. Required reusable manpower reduced by 40%. The articulating pin is protected against twisting. With a mounted reservoir for catching pins from one-sided closed rivets, a swinging spring for automatic ejection of pins and an opening spring.
Use: For one-sided closed rivets up to a diameter of Ø 5 mm made of aluminium and Ø 4 mm of steel and stainless steel. It mounts aluminium rivet nuts from M4 to M6 and steel nuts from M4 to M5.
Kit Contents: Hand riveter Flipper® Plus, 3 sockets 12/20; 12/24; 12/29, 3 changeover sets with 12/M4 threaded pins; 12/M5; 12/M6, mounting wrench, hexagon shank wrench and mounting aid.
Tip: The 2-function deposition jitter turns the one-sided rivet deposition jig into a rivet nut deposition jitter with a rivet nut depositioning device. Changeover takes less than 1 minute.
