Fiber optic quick coupler Spacetronik FFC-SC/UPC-S02, 10 pieces

Don't want to buy an expensive fiber optic welding machine or hire a company that provides this type of service? Fast Connector FFC-SC/UPC-S02 allows you to terminate a single-mode fiber optic cable with a diameter of up to 3 mm without the need to weld it. The optical gel inside the connector effectively eliminates the effects of inaccurate cutting or a small gap between the introduced end of the optical fiber and the mounted fiber in the middle of the connector. No sterile environment is required to earn quick couplers, as the front of the optical fiber (contact surface) has been polished and precisely pasted in laboratory conditions. V-groove technology (positioning at assembly) allows for a low attenuation of the connector at the level of 0.25 dB. Installation is quick and easy. Required tools: Stripper, fiber optic cutter and cleaning agent, e.g. isopropyl alcohol.

Thanks to the unique solution, which is a transparent body, you can control the quality of the connection on an ongoing basis. The lack of visible light in the connector means a perfect connection. To perform the test, you will need a visual damage locator.

Quick couplers are easy to install and the average time it takes to prepare the connection is about 3 minutes.

Required tools: Stripper, fiber cutter and cleaning agent such as isopropyl alcohol.
