Spacetronik SP-FC-03 is a precision cutter for optical fibers. It provides accurate cutting of fibers at an angle of 90° with an accuracy of +/- 0.5 degrees. The rotary and replaceable knife has several cutting positions, thanks to which it is possible to make approx. 48,000 fiber cuts. After closing the main cover, move the blade and cut the fiber. After opening the lid, the knife will automatically return to its initial place.

One of the basic tools when working with optical fibers. The visual fault locator allows you to ensure continuity and diagnose problems with fiber optic wiring, such as interruption, crack, fiber bend, bad welds, too small loops, accurately indicating the place of abnormalities. The device generates visible light with a wavelength of 650nm. The laser beam with a power of 1mW allows you to check the fiber optic section with a maximum length of 5km. The shape of the locator resembles a small flashlight, making it handy and convenient to use.

Thanks to the precise execution of the astringent surfaces, the tool thoroughly removes coatings, without causing damage and scratches on the optical fibers. Ergonomic design translates into comfort during use. The stripper has been equipped with a blade locking mechanism, which allows you to prevent self-opening, e.g. during transport.

This high-quality tool is designed to remove insulations from fiber optic flat subscriber cables that do not exceed a diameter of 2.0mm x 3.1mm. The built-in measuring tape will allow you to measure the length of the striped insulation.
