Execution: precision grain bonded with full synthetic resin (CubitronTM II) on a vulcanized fiber backing, uniform and semi-open dispersion system. The individual ceramic grains are precisely formed, of the same size, perpendicularly set and have the shape of small triangles. They are distributed evenly, but accidentally, so that each triangular grain can produce two chips. Very aggressive grinding with maximum abrasion performance with up to 3 times longer life and more than 40% faster machining. The active sanding coating prevents clogging of pores and ensures a cooler grind.
