Execution: precision grain bonded with full synthetic resin (CubitronTM II) on a vulcanized fiber backing, uniform and semi-open dispersion system. The individual ceramic grains are precisely formed, of the same size, perpendicularly set and have the shape of small triangles. They are distributed evenly, but accidentally, so that each triangular grain can produce two chips. Very aggressive grinding with cooling for maximum abrasion performance with up to 3 times longer life and more than 30% faster machining.
Application: in all areas of metalworking where it is necessary to ensure high abrasion performance with very good surface quality. Ideal for surface grinding, weld machining, iron castings and gas cuts on structural steel and non-ferrous metals.
