Extractor HDMI to HDMI + Audio (R/L+SPDIF) allows you to connect a device sending audio and video signals (tuner, console, DVD, Blu-ray) to the TV with an HDMI cable. In addition, you can extract the audio signal from the device and send it to the home theater receiver or other such device. Thanks to this solution, the sound will be heard as standard from the TV speakers and additionally from the second source when the receiver is turned on. An interesting solution when we want to control and decide for ourselves when the sound is to be heard from a given device.
HdMI converter allows you to split HDMI to HDMI + Audio- SPDIF + 3.5mm (Stereo) + coaxial signal. In practice, thanks to this, we can divide the signal, e.g. from a TV set-top box, into a picture for a TV and sound that will go to a home theater system or headphones. Such a converter is used in a home entertainment center, in conference rooms, in schools, monitoring centers, etc. The converter also has an ARC function, where the sound source can be the output screen - thanks to this there is no need to reconnect cables when we want to change the signal source.
