Extractor with ARC function - Spacetronik SPH-AE06
HDMI to HDMI to HDMI + Audio (R/L+SPDIF) extractor allows you to connect a device that sends audio and video signals (tuner, console, dvd, blu-ray) to the TV via an HDMI cable. In addition, you can extract the audio signal from your device and send it to a home theater receiver or other such device. Thanks to this solution, the sound will be heard as standard from the TV speakers and additionally from the second source when the receiver is turned on. An interesting solution when we want to control and decide when the sound is to be heard from a given device.
The HDMI ARC extractor enables ARC (Audio Return Channel) function. It allows you to connect a TV/monitor with an HDMI (ARC) port and an audio extractor using an HDMI cable, and then via an optical cable to a speaker, soundbar, amplifier, etc. Thanks to this, we can limit the number of cables in this type of installation. REMARK! ARC only works with SPDIF output
PASS mode: The output audio format depends on the HDMI input signal.
2CH mode: Set 2CH to get analog stereo sound. Extract digital 2-channel stereo audio signal from HDMI input and convert it to 2-channel analog stereo output using 3.5mm SPDIF audio/optical output simultaneously.
5.1CH mode: Set 5.1CH to 5.1 surround sound (HDMI input source must support 5.1CH), which can be extracted through SPDIF optical output. Supports Dobly TrueHD and DTS-HD Master Audio.
