The device shapes the sheet metal by stretching its surface. It does not require heating of the sheet metal or other additional treatments. The device uses six steel bottom rollers with dimensions: 1/2 (12.7 mm), 1 (25.4 mm), 1-1/2 (38.1 mm), 2-1/2 (63.5 mm), 5 (127 mm), 9 (228.6 mm). Their high hardness allows you to eliminate even large dents, bond joints in fenders, trunk or bonnet panels. 360 mm ground clearance allows you to work with large sheets of sheet metal with a thickness of max. 0.8 mm, as well as the execution of complex bends of various radii, such as rings, gutters or rollers. The strong construction of the bending machine and the possibility of attaching to the vice ensure stability of the device. Adjusting the bottom roller allows you to individually adjust the pressure force on the material and keep it in the right place. This is done by rotating the handle, which raises and lowers the cylinder. This improves the execution of the correct shape for different thicknesses of the workpieces.
