Electronic dispenser for water-activated paper tape Bublaki BT-D22
An effective solution that allows you to streamline the process of packing cartons. Pressing one of the buttons automatically cuts off a piece of tape (up to 210 cm) and wetts it with water. The dispenser has a number of functions that allow, m.in, for automatic feeding of tape of various sizes. The device works with a tape width of 40 to 80 mm and a length of max. 200 m both standard and reinforced (reinforced). The device is powered from the 230V 50 Hz electrical network.
Dispenser for Bublaki packing tapes
The fed fragments of the tape are moistened with water at the right temperature and immediately ready to stick. The electronic paper belt feeder has two vertical blades for clean and long-lasting belt cutting. The dispenser has a tape moisture adjustment in 3 levels.
Multifunctional control panel
- The panel has been equipped with 10 buttons that allow you to prepare a section of tape from 15 to 105 cm
- The user can get strips of any length (up to 210 cm) by using the +/- buttons. Any length of the tape can be extended using a dedicated button
- The AUTO option allows you to automatically prepare strips of tape of the selected length, one by one – immediately after removing the section, the dispenser will prepare another
- The device allows you to program the sequence – BT-D22 will prepare fragments of different lengths (e.g. 15, 30, 85 cm)
- From the panel level you can choose one of 5 water temperature levels
Rubberized paper tapes Bublaki
Bublaki paper tape with water glue based on potato starch is made of strong craft paper. After sticking, a very strong bond is formed and the tape penetrates into the cardboard structure, thanks to which it perfectly protects the contents of the shipments. Bublaki paper packaging tape is fully ecological – it can be recycled together with cardboard packaging.
