An effective solution that allows you to streamline the process of packing cartons. The Bublaki BT-D21 automatic dispenser for water-activated paper adhesive tape is an easy-to-use and reliable device that , at the touch of a button , feeds ready-to-stick sections of rubberized tape with a length of 10-99 cm. The dispenser automatically moisturizes, ejects and cuts off the paper tape. It is adapted to both ordinary paper tapes and reinforced from 20 to 80 mm with a max. roll diameter up to 220 mm. The simple design translates into easy operation and servicing. The base elements are made of steel, thanks to which the dispenser is distinguished by its incredible service life. The device is powered from the 230V 50 Hz electrical network.
Easy to use
Operation is simple and pleasant. The dispenser has 2 function buttons and the ability to program two tape length settings L1 and L2. The length is adjustable by a knob and displayed on one of the two displays.
Just press one of the buttons to get a ready-made, cut off, moisturized piece of tape with a length of 10 cm to 99 cm. An additional "Manual" button is used to feed the tape of any length. The dispenser has a tape moisture adjustment in 3 levels. A significant facilitation for the dispenser operator is the foot pedal used to feed the belt of the selected length L1.
Rubberized paper tapes Bublaki
Bublaki paper tape with water glue based on potato starch is made of strong craft paper. After sticking, a very strong bond is formed and the tape penetrates into the cardboard structure, thanks to which it perfectly protects the contents of the shipments. Bublaki paper packaging tape is fully ecological – it can be recycled together with cardboard packaging.
