Design: tested and approved according to EN/IEC 61243-3, (DIN VDE 0682 part 401), bipolar. Body made of impact- and shatter-resistant plastic, with rubberized gripping surface, two control handles and a flexible connecting cable. Direct indication without touching the buttons (high-ohm), power connection by pressing the button (low ohm), vibration alarm. Non-contact phase indicator/cable break detector (flashing yellow LED). Lighting of the measuring point and display. Delivery with batteries, from 50 V display voltage also when batteries are discharged.
Application: for professional testing of DC and AC voltages, circuit continuity, diode, rotating field direction, resistance and frequency, and for phase and polarity control with the intended release of a protective residual current circuit breaker.
