DJI Ronin 4D is a versatile device that will allow solo creators, larger film crews and even enterprises to record professional footage. Despite its enormous capabilities, the Ronin 4D is extremely comfortable to use. It is distinguished by its integrated design, which means that it combines imaging, stabilization, focusing, wireless transmission and control systems. You no longer have to waste time on complicated assembly and configuration of many devices! The product is made of carbon fiber and aluminum with magnesium, so it is surprisingly light and portable. Modular accessories allow for its rapid expansion. There is also a Sport mode, in which the gimbal reacts to the user's movements in an incredibly short time.
There are 2 variants of the DJI Ronin 4D kit available - with the Zenmuse X9-8K or Zenmuse X9-6K. The first one allows you to record videos up to 8K/75 FPS. It also supports native ISO 800/4000. The second records video up to 6K/60FPS or 4K/120FPS. In her case, the native ISO is 800/5000. Both are distinguished by a large dynamic range of 14+ units. All this will allow you to get excellent results even in extremely demanding lighting conditions.
What makes the Ronin 4D so perfect for many professional applications? It uses the latest CineCore 3.0 image processing system with DJI chip, so you can record superb quality footage in almost any situation. Advanced processor architecture, powerful processing power and the ability to record Apple ProRes RAW, ProRes 422 HQ and H.264 - all this makes it easy to create a sensational movie at the cinematic level with DJI Ronin 4D.
Now every shot can impress with vibrant, natural colors. DJI Cinema Color System makes the Zenmuse X9 perfectly reproduce the colors of the objects you record. The product is also compatible with the ACES standard. But that's not all! The camera has built-in high-end 9-stop ND filters (ND 2 to ND 512 or ND 0.3 to ND 2.7) to give you even better results. An internal system with a motor allows them to be switched quickly.
With the Ronin 4D, you can record even the most dynamic footage without any problems. The product offers reliable 4-axis stabilization, complementing the standard 3 axes with an additional Z-axis. What's more, advanced sensors, a built-in barometer, IMU and a new algorithm allow you to get materials as smooth as never before. So you can easily shoot dynamic shots that would normally be extremely problematic.
Now it's even quicker and easier to adjust the focus while recording. This is possible thanks to the Ronin 4D LiDAR system with a distance meter. Now you can use autofocus even with handheld lenses! You don't have to worry about blurring or quality loss. There's also an Automated Manual Focus mode that combines precise manual focus with the convenience of autofocus. DJI Ronin 4D also offers an advanced ActiveTrack Pro tracking mode and allows you to constantly sharpen the image on the indicated object. You can also remotely control the lens and autofocus using dedicated X9 modules (not included).
DJI Ronin 4D is designed to allow you to work comfortably and efficiently in almost any situation. The TB50 smart batteries allow you to film for up to 2.5 hours and have a charging time of about 1.5 hours. Built-in microphones record audio perfectly, and additional 3.5 mm jack and XLR ports allow you to connect other audio recorders. The high-brightness main monitor features a 5.5-inch easy-to-read display and a host of useful features. DJI PROSSD 1TB lets you save videos to Ronin 4D's internal memory, while CFexpress Type-B and USB 3.1 Type-C expansion ports let you save to external media.
The all-new O3 Pro image transmission system transmits 1080p/60FPS video over distances of up to approximately 6 km, while providing exceptional stability and security. Available separately, the high-brightness remote monitors with 7-inch touchscreens support 2 modes - Broadcast and Control, which will work respectively for coordinated recording in larger groups and in 2-person film crews. There is also a Mirror Control mode, which allows the interface from the main monitor to be displayed on the remote monitor and provides access to all its functions.
Accessories available for sale separately will make your work easier and provide even more possibilities. Zenmuse X9 supports interchangeable mounts that allow you to mount different types of lenses, giving you unparalleled freedom and flexibility. You can also buy a variety of mounts that will work in many scenarios - for example, a suction cup mount (overhanging or suspended), a boom and a cable cam. Remote monitors facilitate coordinated recording and allow you to operate Ronin 4D from a distance.
