Comprehensive protection
DJI Care Referesh is a comprehensive 12-month insurance offered by DJI for its new products, so you don't have to worry about the safety of your drone during the flight. In the event of a collision for a small fee (PLN 229 for the first exchange and PLN 319 for the second exchange), a new device or in a condition that does not bear signs of use is waiting for you.
Fly over water with confidence

Feel like a VIP
Users with DJI Care Refresh protection are prioritized, reducing drone replacement times to a minimum. What's more, users also have VIP privileges when contacting DJI support, so all it takes is one phone call to quickly get an answer to any question.
How it works
After purchasing the DJI Care Refresh card, the user goes to the DJI website and activates the insurance by entering the card number and the serial number of the drone to which the protection is to be assigned. The caveat is that activation must take place no later than 48 hours after Spark activation.
When an accident happens
1. The user reports a fault and sends Spark to the German DJI service with a note that he has DJI Care Refresh.
2. The user receives a repair quote and on this basis decides whether he wants to repair / replace it for a fee or through DJI Care Refresh.
3. After selecting the DJI Care Refresh option, the user pays a fee of PLN 229 for the first exchange or PLN 319 for the second exchange and gets a new product or new spare parts, i.e. gimbal, camera, propellers.
4. The replaced product is prioritized delivered to the user with free shipping.
Reservations
DJI Care Refresh does not include:
1) Lost or partially lost drone, gimbal or accessories.
2) Stealing or abandoning the product.
3) Damage caused by flight in inappropriate weather conditions.
4) Transmitter, additional accessories.
5) Deliberate loss of the drone.
6) Damage to the housing that does not affect the performance of the product.
7) Direct or indirect damage caused by force majeure.
8) Defects occurring outside the validity period of DJI Care Refresh.
9) Additional fees related to improving the model, improving its performance.
10) Defects resulting from modifications that do not comply with the instructions in the User's Manual or from the use of incompatible batteries and chargers.
11) Defects resulting from the use of unauthorized accessories, batteries or software.
