DJI Care Refresh is a service protection for DJI products that, for a small additional fee, offers two replacement of damaged equipment in one year, covering damage caused m.in by impact or contact of the product with water. The defective equipment will then be replaced with a new or equivalent new product. DJI Care Refresh can be activated once up to 30 days after activating (first starting) the device. In the case of cameras, gimbals and stabilizers, it is not possible to extend the time of 30 days.
For cameras with DJI Osmo Action, the cost of the first replacement within DJI Care Refresh is PLN 145. The cost of the second exchange is 195 PLN.*

1. The code must be activated at: https://support.dji.com/care/active.
2. During the activation process, you must provide the content of the Care Refresh code, the serial number of the device (located directly on the product) and the details of the person activating the Package (name, e-mail address).
3. DJI Care Refresh will be activated and automatically assigned to the appropriate region. You will receive confirmation of DJI Care Refresh activation by email. Your equipment is now safe!
1. The user reports the fault and sends the equipment to the German DJI service with a note that he has DJI Care Refresh.
2. The user receives a repair quote and on this basis decides whether he wants to repair / replace it for a fee or through DJI Care Refresh.
3. When you select DJI Care Refresh, you pay a replacement fee and receive another one.
4. The replaced product is prioritized delivered to the user with free shipping.
1) A lost or partially lost camera.
2) Stolen or abandoned product.
3) Additional accessories.
4) Intentional loss of the product.
5) Damage to the housing that does not affect the performance of the product.
6) Direct or indirect damage caused by force majeure.
7) Defects occurring outside the validity period of DJI Care Refresh.
8) Additional fees related to improving the model, improving its performance.
9) Defects resulting from modifications that do not comply with the instructions in the User's Guide or from the use of incompatible batteries and chargers.
10) Defects resulting from the use of unauthorized accessories, batteries or software.
