DJI Care Refresh is your drone's service protection that will provide you, for a small additional fee, with three replacements of damaged equipment in two years, covering damage caused m.in as a result of a collision or contact of the product with water. The damaged equipment will then be replaced with a new or equivalent new product. The Service Package can be activated once up to 48 hours after activation (first launch) of the drone or at a later date after sending the verification video to DJI.

For drones from the DJI Mini 3 Pro series, the cost of the first replacement as part of DJI Care Refresh is PLN 479. The cost of the second exchange is 509 PLN. However, the cost of the third exchange - 569 PLN. The cost of the Flyaway service is 1 649 PLN.*

1. The code should be activated at: https://support.dji.com/care/active
2. During the activation process, you must provide the content of the Care Refresh code, the serial number of the device (it is located directly on the product) and the data of the person activating the Package (name and surname, e-mail address).
3. The Service Package will be activated and automatically assigned to the appropriate region. You will receive a confirmation of DJI Care Refresh activation by email. Your drone is now safe!

It is also possible to assign DJI Care Refresh to the product after 48 hours have elapsed since its activation. To do this, send a verification video presenting the status of the device to the manufacturer. The procedure for dealing with an accident is very simple. All you have to do is report the failure and send the damaged equipment to dji warranty service - do not forget to note that you are using DJI Care Refresh. Once you have received a repair quote, you can choose whether you choose to do so or whether you prefer to use a replacement as part of the Service. When you choose the second option, you only have to pay the appropriate fee - you will receive the replaced device as a priority, and if you are located in the same region where the DJI Care Refresh service was purchased, the shipping will be paid by the manufacturer!

2. The user gets a quote for the repair and on this basis decides whether he wants to make the repair / replacement for a fee or by DJI Care Refresh.
3. After selecting the DJI Care Refresh option, the user pays a replacement fee and gets another copy or new spare parts, i.e. a gimbal, a camera, propellers.
4. The replaced product is prioritized to be delivered to the user with free shipping.

By purchasing DJI Care Refresh you protect your drone from m.in fall, drowning, collision or accident caused by the disruption of the drone's signal. DJI Care Refresh also covers accidents caused by the fault of the operator.
