Additional annual protection
DJI Care Enterprise Basic Renew extends DJI Care Enterprise Basic's standard protection for an additional year. To use the extension, you must have an active basic version of DJI Care Enterprise Basic and a maximum of 1 replacement. The basic and extended services can be activated one by one for a full 2 years of DJI Care Enterprise Basic protection.
Comprehensive protection
DJI Care Enterprise Basic is a comprehensive 12-month service offered by DJI for Enterprise products, so you don't have to worry about the safety of your drone during the flight. In the event of a collision, flooding of a lost signal or a fall, a new device is waiting for you or in a state that does not bear traces of use.
Feel like a VIP
Users with DJI Care Enterprise Basic protection are prioritized, reducing the waiting time for drone replacement to a minimum. What's more, users also have VIP privileges when contacting DJI technical support, so all it takes is one phone call to quickly get an answer to any question.
How it works
After purchasing the DJI Care Enterprise Basic package, the user goes to the DJI website and activates the service by entering the serial number of the drone and/or the serial number of the camera to which protection is to be assigned. The caveat is that activation must take place no later than within 48 hours of activating the device.
