Disc grinding wheel CC-GRIND-SOLID® SGP INOX for stainless steel machining
Material: triangular, VICTOGRAIN abrasive. An abrasive blade of the same triangular shape and size hits the workpiece at the optimum angle, which means that each abrasive grain needs little energy to process the workpiece. The abrasives are fixed on one side of the triangle on the support, which makes them particularly well connected and, in combination with the narrow shape, provide an exceptionally large space for chips. Very small crystals within the triangle always form very sharp blades, but only minimal abrasive is destroyed. Noise and vibration are reduced by 50%, dust by 80%.
Application: for surface grinding, welding weld processing, chamfering and deburring. It is especially suitable for hard and rough grinding.
Tip: not suitable for circumferential grinding. Only applicable with CC-GRIND-SOLID® mounting flange set.
