DC31 HMS is a stick connected with rubbers, thanks to which we will perform a whole range of exercises. Lightweight instrument, for versatile use. It can replace the thera band gum, with the difference that it will be more convenient to use. It will work in any type of training or rehabilitation. DC31 will be used to train both upper and lower muscle parts. It will find its application at every level of advancement of the practitioner. Rubbers in three load ranges will allow you to vary the intensity of individual exercises. With the help of a bar, we will also perform exercises to increase mobility, range of motion in the joints and motor coordination. Exercises can be performed by putting rubbers on the feet and making movements with the bar, or vice versa, holding the bar with your legs and stretching the rubbers. An additional handle will allow you to hook the rubbers to the door, thanks to which we will be able to perform even more exercises.
