Material: triangular, abrasive DELTAGRAIN. An abrasive blade of the same triangular shape and size hits the workpiece at the optimum angle, which means that each abrasive grain needs little energy to process the workpiece. The abrasives are fixed on one side of the triangle on the support, which makes them particularly well connected and, in combination with the narrow shape, provide an exceptionally large space for chips. Very small crystals within the triangle always form very sharp blades, but only minimal abrasive is destroyed. The active ingredients in the blade binder result in a noticeable increase in abrasion efficiency, prevent clogging and provide a cooler grind.
Application: for universal grinding work on steel materials, hard and poorly conductive materials.
Tip: We recommend using hard sanding discs.
