GAME RULES - Chess:
The game is always started by white, which gives them some initiative in the initial phase of the game.
Players take turns making moves with their pieces according to the rules of movement for a given piece and if it enters the field occupied by the opponent, it knocks down his piece.
The Shah is a threat to defeat the king, which must be fought by the opponent in the next move (the king cannot be defeated).
Mat, i.e. putting the opponent's king in check, against which there is no defense, ends the game and means the victory of the player whose piece mattifies the opponent's king.
In the box there is a special insert - a mold for pawns and figures, which makes it easy to store them.
In addition, each pawn and figure have a special mute on the bottom.
GAME RULES - Checkers:
The game of classic checkers is played on a board of 8 x 8 fields colored alternately to light and dark.
Each player starts the game with twelve pieces set on the darker fields of the board.
The first move is made by a person playing with white pieces, after which the players take turns making subsequent moves.
The goal of the game is to capture all the opponent's pieces or block all those that remain on the board, depriving the opponent of the opportunity to make a move.
Pawns can move one square forward diagonally into the free fields.
A pawn beat occurs by jumping the neighboring pawn (or lady) of the opponent to the field located just behind him diagonally (this field must be free).
Compacted pieces are removed from the board after the movement is completed.
Pawns can beat both forward and backward.
