A popular collar of the "echidna" type, with a chain structure, the links of which are finished with protruding, bluntly ended ends of the wire.
The spikes are set at such an angle as not to dig into the skin, but only to "pinch" the disobedient dog while pulling on a leash.
Both ends of the actual collar are additionally connected by a clamping chain that enhances the training effect.
The collar can be put on the dog's neck with both sharp elements inside and outside (then it fulfills the function of an ordinary clamping collar).
The task of the echidna put on the sharp side inward is to inflict discomfort on the animal at the moment of jerking the leash.
The jerk can be done by the dog itself as a result of sudden movements pulling the leash, as well as the owner leading the animal.
The product is made entirely of chrome-plated steel.
Adjustable by subtracting and adding echidna eyelets.
