High-end manual meat grinder. Product of the renowned Kinghoff brand, model KH-1430. This version of the machine is adapted to both the electric motor and the manual drive. An important part of the razor is a matching worm rod mounted on a bearing, which, set in a slow rotational motion (manually driven by a crank / wheel or by means of an engine), moves the pieces of meat towards the knives rotating together with the worm cutter, crushing meat squeezed through a disc with small holes with sharp edges.
