Embark on a journey to India and Tibet in the footsteps of French explorer Alexandra David-Néel. Will you find your way to a temple or escape the claws of a white tiger? Will you manage to cross the Himalayas on foot? Will you look for Alexandra, or will you find another way to end your post-war nightmares?

CARTAVENTURA: LHASA is an interactive card game in which players experience adventures set in historical realities together, making a series of choices along the way.

Spring 1916: You are a war journalist who has just escaped from the hell of the trenches. To forget the traumatic events, under the influence of Alexandra David-Néel's book, you embark on a journey in the author's footsteps. Sri Lanka, India, Tibet... who knows, maybe you'll even make it to the mysterious city of Lhasa to enlighten your readers? Discover a region of the world at the crossroads of colonial reality and Eastern wisdom.

In CARTAVENTURE, players create their own adventure, using cards offering different choices after group consultation. Here you will build maps and travel through the pages of history. As well as a simple and original game system which allows you to play through the same scenario several times, beautiful watercolour illustrations await you.

This card game will be a perfect gift for lovers of co-operation, interesting storyline and adventure. Due to its geographical and historical setting it will also appeal to travel enthusiasts and all those who are curious about the world.

The CARTAVENTURA series has won many awards and prizes in France, including a nomination for the Golden Ace in 2022 and the Jury Prize at the Rennes en Jeux 2022 Board Games Festival.
