Power supplies compliant with the new EU eco directive

On April 1, 2020, new ecodesign requirements for external power supplies with an output power of up to 250 W came into force. According to the new environmental requirements, outdoor power supplies should have lower energy consumption with high efficiency, reduced energy demand in case of non-use and be more environmentally friendly. As for the notebook power supplies themselves, according to the Ministry of the Environment, they should save 500,000 tons of CO2 and 94 billion Wh per year.
