Bublaki Air Filler Machine BM-A2T
Bublaki Maker BM-A2T is a high-quality modern machine with a power of 200W for the production of air fillers. You will create as much filler as you need yourself. Air parcel fillers are an effective way to secure packages and their contents during transport. This device welds mats/pillows with pressurized air, thanks to which a single pillow is resilient and perfectly replaces, for example, thin bubble wrap or less cost-effective package filling solutions, e.g. foam.
The built-in controller has an LED display to display the current values. From the panel, you can select the speed mode (fast/slow) and adjust the temperature and pressure. Operation is easy and intuitive.
The BM-A2T has 2 speed modes. Free, which allows you to produce up to 6 meters of ready-made pillows or air mats and fast, allowing for the efficient production of up to 16 meters of fillers.
The device can be safely called portable, due to the small weight of 8 kg and compact size of 35 x 17 x 25 cm. Due to the full metal casing and high-quality electrical components and subassemblies, no storage conditions are terrible for it.
The first assembly is very easy. All you have to do is screw on three elements (feed shaft, guide and leg) using a hexagon wrench. Then you will connect the plug to the power supply, set the appropriate parameters and the machine can start its work. (Place the roll with the foil on a large shaft, put the beginning of the material between the guides, stretch on the nozzle and press the "IN" button until the film goes to the other side of the mechanism for several cm. Select the appropriate speed mode, adjust the pressure and temperature and press the "START" button).
