Design: fine body file cap with positive rake angle and one-sided sharp serration for optimum surface quality. Excellent cutting properties are achieved thanks to the production method, which allows the formation of very sharp edges of the cutting teeth. The slightly convex surface causes the cutting teeth to have the highest height in the middle and the lowest on the sides, which protects the surface of the workpiece from scratches.
Application: sheet metal processing of any type, especially suitable for the construction of cars and car bodies. They are used wherever smooth surfaces and grooveless surfaces are necessary to obtain. Treated surfaces can be immediately varnished. Without the need to polish them first.
