The automatic humidifier for SIRIO incubators from Borotto maintains a predetermined level of humidity inside thanks to natural evaporation similar to industrial incubators. It fits incubators of various brands with a capacity of up to 500 eggs without the need for modification.
The equipment fully automatically pumps water into the incubator from a previously prepared bottle. Thanks to this, it maintains a stable relative humidity during the incubation process. The intuitive LED display allows you to conveniently set the humidity level. It is achieved and maintained regardless of changes in environmental humidity. The two-pipe peristaltic pump is controlled by a computerized hygrostat with a modified PID algorithm. It receives information from the latest generation humidity sensor with an accuracy of +/- 1%. The sensor precisely measures the humidity in the incubator throughout the incubation cycle. The microprocessor starts a pump that delivers small evaporating drops of water, which makes it possible to control humidity. The microprocessor slows down the outflow of water from the pump until the required value is reached.
