Penguin Arcade Game on a Moving Tower

Rules of the game:
The rules of the game are very simple. First, we fold our tottering tower. We will use the base on which we arrange colored balls. Then we apply the next layers of our iceberg and balls. The tower is crowned with a cover with a cheerful penguin. The game consists in pushing a ball in a previously drawn color into the center of our tower. The whole structure is movable and unstable, so it's not such a simple task. The person who knocks over the tower and leads to the fall of the penguin loses.
