If you're photographing a person, a cat or a dog, iPhone 15 Plus will automatically capture depth-of-field information. And you can instantly display the photo as a portrait with an artistically blurred background. Or choose this effect later in the Photos app.

With the 2x optical zoom, you can zoom in so close you can crop the perfect portrait without even standing close to your subject. Still too far away? Use the continuous zoom to get even closer.
