The DBC-4A rectifier can be used to charge lead-acid batteries (regular and MF), Ca/Ca, AGM and gel batteries. It is a microprocessor rectifier, made in accordance with the IP65 standard, which means resistance to dust and splashing as well as dousing with a low-pressure water jet. It has protection against: short circuit reverse battery connection (reverse polarity) open circuit protection against sparks overloading the battery with overloading the rectifier overheating of the rectifier has 6 charging modes: Batteries 6V to 14Ah 7.2V to 2A 7.4V to 2A (charging at low temperatures) Batteries 12V to 14Ah and deeply discharged 14.3V to 2A 14.7V to 2A (charging at low temperatures) Batteries 12V above 14Ah 14.3V to 4A 14.7V to 4A (charging at low temperatures) It shows the battery voltage and degree of charge on an ongoing basis and regulates the charging current according to its needs. When charged, it displays the message FULL and maintains the voltage on the battery. Specification: Supply voltage 230V 50 Hz Output voltage: 6/12V Power consumption: about 60W (1W standby) Maximum charging voltage: 7.4V (for 6V batteries) 14.7V (for 12V batteries) Maximum charging current: 2A +/- 10%, 4A +/- 10% Battery capacities supported: 6V - 1.2Ah to 14Ah 12V - 1.2Ah to 14Ah and 14Ah to 120Ah Protection class: IP65 6 charging programs switched by "MODE OF OPERATION" display backlight Gel batteries with a capacity of up to 14Ah used in motorcycles and scooters should be charged by selecting the program with the motorcycle icon on the display. Charging with more current can damage the battery.
